First night out with it, I noticed immediately how evenly it cuts the brightness across the whole disk—no weird color shifting, just a crisp, comfortable view. Even with my 8-inch scope, the moon's detail stayed sharp without that harsh halo making me squint.

I've been observing the moon for years without a filter, and this ND 0.9 really cuts down the harsh glare—now I can see craters clearly without squinting. The 1.25-inch size fits perfectly in my eyepiece, and the image stays sharp edge to edge.
