Description

Visual Adapter, 3.5″ to 2″ (for CDK20/24): This adapter slides into the optional 3.5″ Hedrick Focuser. The adapter steps the 3.5″ opening down to 2″ for standard 2″ accessories. The adapter also adds some additional spacing to optimize the use of a 2″ diagonal so focus is reached with most eyepieces.

Slipping this into the Hedrick focuser was effortless, and the machined fit is so precise there’s zero wobble when I rack in my 2″ eyepieces. The step-down feels rock-solid, and my views through the CDK20 are noticeably cleaner without any vignetting.

The step-down from 3.5″ to 2″ is machined so precisely that my eyepieces seat without any wobble, and the anodized finish matches the focuser perfectly. Took it out on a clear night and the transition is seamless for standard 2″ gear.

Fit my CDK20 perfectly, the step-down from 3.5″ to 2″ lets me use all my standard eyepieces without any wobble. Solid aluminum build, feels like it’ll last forever.
