USED - MK127 127mm Maksutov Cassegrain

Picked this up used and the optics are crystal clear — no dust or scratches anywhere on the glass. The 127mm aperture pulls in way more detail on the moon than my old starter scope ever could, and the whole tube feels solid.

The focus on this Maksutov is razor-sharp right out of the box; I was surprised how crisp Jupiter's bands looked even at 150x. The OTA itself feels solid and well-collimated, just like new. A steal for a used scope in this shape.

I was a bit nervous buying used optics, but this Maksutov arrived looking practically brand new with unopened reducing optics. The focus knob turns smoothly and the views of the moon were crisp right out of the box.
