TCA-4 Camera Adapter (TKA00210)

Finally, an adapter that actually holds the camera rigidly in the variable projection sleeve without any wobble during long exposures. The threading on the .965 side is silky smooth, and swapping to the 1.25 is a quick twist rather than a fight. Exactly what I needed for my planetary sessions.

I’ve been using this with my old eyepiece projection setup, and the .965 in and 1.25 in compatibility means I don’t have to swap rings. It holds the camera securely, and the threads feel precise for focusing. Really solid build for the price.

The variable adjustment on this adapter lets me dial in perfect spacing between my camera and eyepiece, which cut down my setup time significantly. Machining feels precise and threads onto my gear without any wobble. A solid upgrade for anyone working with mixed-format astro gear.
