Star Analyser 墊片

Picked this up to push the grating further from the sensor, and now the full spectrum fits neatly in frame without cropping. The threads are machined cleanly, so it screws on without any wobble or tilt. Exactly what I needed to stop chasing focus issues.

Finally got the spacing dialed in, and this spacer solved the problem of my spectra being cut off at the edges. The metal threads are precise and screw on smoothly, making alignment much easier than my previous makeshift setup.

I was worried my Star Analyser wouldn’t fit the full spectrum in frame, but this spacer solved it perfectly. The 2mm spacing let me capture sharp, wide hydrogen-alpha lines without any vignetting.
