The plate sits perfectly flush on my pier and the machining is flawless — no gaps or wobble at all. Weighs about 6 pounds as advertised, which feels solid but not backbreaking to mount.

Took it out of the box and immediately noticed it's surprisingly manageable to haul around at about 6 lbs. Bolted it to my wedge without a single alignment headache, and the solid milled aluminum gives me zero worries about flex under load. Exactly what I needed for a permanent pier setup.
