iEQ45 Hard Case (8080)

The interior padding is thick and snug, so the mount head doesn't shift at all during transport. I've already taken it on a road trip and felt confident the whole way.

The foam interior fits the mount head like a glove, with no rattling when I shake the case. It feels sturdy enough for airline travel, and the latches close securely. Definitely gives me peace of mind for transporting it to dark sky sites.

It’s a bit pricey for a case, but the cut-out foam holds the mount head securely so nothing shifts during transport. The outer shell feels tough enough to toss in the trunk without worrying about damage.
