I swapped my old clunky finder for this 9x50, and the difference in weight is night and day—19 ounces really is barely noticeable on the tube. The image is sharp and bright, making star-hopping a breeze. Just wish the mounting rings were included, but it's a small gripe for such a quality piece.

The whole setup is incredibly light for a 50mm finder—only 19 ounces—so it doesn’t throw off my telescope’s balance at all. The crosshairs stay crisp even in low light, and being able to swap in other 1.25" eyepieces gives it nice versatility.

I was surprised at how much easier it is to align my telescope with this 50mm finder—the wide field makes star-hopping feel effortless. Weighing only 19 ounces, it doesn't throw off my balance at all. The ability to swap in different 1.25" eyepieces is a nice bonus too.
