2" Focal Extender - 2x, 3x

The EMD coatings really make a difference—the view through my 2-inch eyepieces is noticeably sharper than before. I appreciate that it accepts both 1.25-inch and 2-inch formats, so I don’t have to swap adapters constantly. A solid upgrade for getting closer to planets without losing image quality.

I was worried about compatibility with my 2-inch eyepieces, but this extender accepted both my 1.25-inch and 2-inch adapters without any fuss. The threads are smooth and the image stays sharp even at 3x.

The fully EMD-coated optics really made a difference in image sharpness when I added the 2x extender to my 2-inch eyepieces. I was surprised how easy it was to swap between eyepiece formats, and the views stayed crisp even at higher magnifications.
