USED - Celestron C6 XLT kit

Even with the spotting on the corrector plate, I was worried about image quality, but the views of Jupiter were surprisingly sharp and detailed for a used scope. The mount tracked smoothly enough for my casual observing sessions, so the haze hasn't bothered me much at all.

The mount was surprisingly stable for such a compact setup, and the included slow-motion controls made tracking Jupiter a breeze. The haze on the corrector is noticeable in bright moonlight, but the views of Saturn’s rings were still crisp enough to show the Cassini division.

Even with the known haze, the C6 XLT pulls in more detail on Jupiter than I expected from a used scope. The mount feels sturdy enough for steady tracking, and the whole kit cleaned up nicely. Solid performer for the price.
