Finally got my guide camera sitting perfectly square with the filter wheel on the first try, the slim profile gives just enough clearance to reach focus without any gymnastics. The integrated connection for the Lodestar is rock solid, no flexing or shifting even when I tightened everything down for

Lucy ★★★★★ Oct 19, 2026

The locking ring is much thinner than my old guider, so I actually gained back critical backfocus distance for my imaging train. My guide stars look tighter than before, which was a pleasant surprise for such a compact accessory.

Emma ★★★★★ Oct 18, 2026

I was worried this would add too much back focus, but it threaded right onto my existing setup without any issues. The off-axis guider picked up stars cleanly through the Lodestar, and the whole assembly feels rock solid.
