2" Field Flattener (TFF)

My refractor’s edges used to look like smudged stars, but this flattener sharpens everything right into the corners of my full-frame sensor. Installed it in under five minutes, and the first test shot confirmed the improvement is real.

I was worried my wide-field telescope shots would always have soft edges, but this flattener cleaned up the stars all the way to the frame corners. The 2-inch diameter fits perfectly into my imaging train without any extra adapters, and my first test image looked noticeably sharper.

Finally, the stars in the corners of my frames are perfectly round instead of stretched out. This flattener completely eliminated the blurry edges I was fighting with my 80mm scope.
