Paramount MX Permanent Pier

The 48-inch height puts my eyepiece at the perfect standing level without a stool, and the steel feels rock-solid even in gusty winds. Setup took about an hour with a helper, but once bolted down, it hasn't budged a millimeter.

I've had my 36-inch pier up for a few months now, and the solid steel construction gives my imaging rig zero flex even in gusty winds. The adjustable height options made it easy to match my observatory floor perfectly.

I was worried the 48-inch height would be too tall for my setup, but it actually makes polar alignment much easier. The steel feels rock-solid, and the powder coating hasn't chipped despite being outside for a few weeks.
