I was a little nervous buying open box, but the optics are flawless and the focuser is surprisingly smooth. For the price, getting this level of clarity on deep sky objects feels like a steal.

I've been using this open box refractor for a few nights now, and the images are incredibly sharp for a doublet design. The discount was a nice bonus since it arrived in perfect condition.

The doublet design delivers incredibly sharp views of the moon's craters right out of the box, and I'm thrilled the open box discount let me get this level of optics without the full price. The focuser is smooth and precise, making fine adjustments easy even in the cold.
