AD-58 DSLR Adapter

Using this to mount a Star Analyser grating on my Canon DSLR was dead simple – the 58mm threads matched perfectly. Now I can finally capture spectra without any extra rigging. Excellent fit and finish for the price.

The threads on this adapter are machined perfectly, no wobble when screwing onto my Canon 58mm lens cap threads. I paired it with my Star Analyser grating and the fit was snug but not too tight.

I was worried about compatibility with my Canon, but the 58mm threads lined up perfectly and hold my Star Analyser grating securely. The build feels solid enough for regular use, and it’s made capturing spectra much easier.
